"BEWARE! WE GOT BED BUGS! Also, our room had a broken toilet and phone so we were moved. The second room had a broken bathroom fan that LOUDLY screeched to the point that we didn’t even shower or turn on the light, which was on the same switch. The room had broken window blind levers. There were no blackout curtains so the room was bright. The 8.2 rating is deceiving. Sure, the staff were nice, but just spend a little more money and stay somewhere better. We had a lot of luggage and shopping bags and used their moving dolly. only negative was that there was no way to keep a very heavy room door open while going in and out. Not a big deal for most people,I suppose, bub we are octogenarians."
