"I had a 4 night stay. I did not know the maid service was on the third day, I left my shower toiletries in the shower. They took my toiletries. Not a big deal. Feel like they should know if the tenant is still there. "

"The person who checked me in was very friendly and the room was beyond expectations. Everything was brand new and very comfortable. We walked to the event we attended at the civic center and the surroundings felt very safe. "This hotel is currently under construction and not open. I have been charged for the stay by Hotels.com. Hotels.com refuses to refund my money. I have contacted them multiple times and this issue has not been satisfactorily resolved."
