"This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again."

Booked two rooms, one room I found a couple dirty or stained items and the second room in the bathroom there looked to have had some major water damage, the wall needed serious repair. Overall the employees were nice, a 2 minute walk to our event was great, the area felt safe for walking around."

"There was nowhere in the hotel to get cold water, other than bar. Which is not always opened, nowhere to get ice either. No shower door, which was odd. The the ceiling was rough concrete, but not in a chic industrial way, in a - it was never completed way. Didn’t realize how tiny room was. I had asked for staff to fix a light that didn’t work on arrival, said they would, they did not. The bed was comfy, and the lounge areas were beautiful and fun! "Our room was clean and provided enough space for us. The staff were very prompt with bringing us our car when requested. I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around the hotel area at night, but no complaints regarding the hotel itself. I wouldn’t feel comfortable stay here again."

"Checking into Eastside Lodge hours late due to severe staff delays was unacceptable. The room completely lacked functional AC, rendering it uninhabitable. To make matters worse, housekeeping aggressively knocked at 9:00 AM demanding I leave. The entire building and parking lot reeked of strong cigarette smoke and urine, presenting a severe health and safety hazard. This experience was a total failure of basic lodging standards. I demand an immediate, full refund for this unusable service."

"Our stay was very good! Excellent location for our trip purpose, and the train stop is right around the corner from the Hotel ( coming from the airport). The shower water pressure was the only thing that could have been better in our stay ( the pressure was low). If I return to Portland I will consider staying again at the Hotel."
