"We needed an overnight bed and breakfast option after attending a wedding at nearby Farnham Castle. Dawyk Beech fitted the bill perfectly and was less expensive than an overnight at the castle. Our en suite room was a very generous size overlooking the lovely garden with a comfortable king bed. We needed to check in before the official time of 4.30 to get changed for the wedding and wouldn't be back at the guesthouse until after midnight. "A beautiful pub and inn with a gorgeous beer garden next to the sounds of a babbling brook. The room was full of character and spacious enough for the three of us, but as it is an old building, we could hear the other guests walking and talking the floor above us. "We were really impressed with our stay at Harpers Steakhouse in Haslemere. Looking for a reasonably priced hotel for a one-night stay, we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. "Use them often they are well equipped with kitchens. Need the liner replaced on the top sides in kitchen but generally they are pleasant have air-conditioning which is amazing and hotel room facilities like toiletries tea and coffee and so on."

While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. "The room we booked "Damson" was very well equipped, spolessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive giving good advice about both food and drink choices. Our only issue was the noise when trying to sleep. This was NOT the fault of the owners. The weather was very nice and customers were understandably making the most of this. Unfortunately our window was directly above a seating area. "
