"2nd time staying here. Great upscale hotel. Very quiet, clean. Will be staying here anytime I’m visiting son at college. Gas station next door and several restaurants/pubs within 2 -5 miles."

"We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and attentive, the breakfast was tasty and the coffee was phenomenal to say the least. The parking was great as well it was very well lit. I would definitely recommend and come back next time I’m in Chicago."

"The location of the property was in close proximity to the weekend festivities. The driveway on the property was poor and filled with potholes and is in need of repairs. The grounds around the property could be more attractive. The staff was very pleasant and helpful."

"Great America is across the street and the mall is down the road. Close to the interstate if you want to go to Chicago or Milwaukee. Lots of shops and dining right next to the hotel. Excellent location. We had our dog which isn’t the friendliest dog with other dogs and there were plenty of doors we could access to avoid others. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and the hotel checked in with us via text during our stay to see if we needed anything. Front desk was friendly."

"Room service was horrible. I had to request fresh towels and wash cloths daily. Room service was provided 1 time out of the 4 nights that I stayed. We were also not advised of a shuttle fee as the booking advised that a shuttle was included with the flight. "

"Great property. Rooms were clean and staff was so accommodating. Breakfast was amazing and so many choices. Coffee bar and snack shop were open 24 hours. Quick walk to several food choices as well. We went for Navy graduation and shuttle they had was perfect."

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus—there were plenty of options, and everything tasted fresh. My only concern was the condition of the shower ceiling, which appeared to be peeling and falling apart. It didn’t impact my entire stay, but it’s something that definitely needs attention. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would consider staying here again."

"Parking felt safe, the staff at the front desk was always very nice and helpful, inly complaint was we stayed 9 days and not one time did room service come to change out sheets on the bed and had to actually ask one of the room service ladies for a couple of new towels."

"Beautiful location. But hotel room had not been fully cleaned - dirty wash cloths in shower. Also there are no operable windows, so if you want fresh air, especially nice given lakefront, you need to get a room with a balcony. I tried to change rooms and was give a new room number to check-in the next day, but the front desk said they had no record of it when I returned in the evening . The 3rd night, they were able to change the room. Also the breakfast was not good given the price. ...

"Hotel was under construction, my first room assigned to me smelled reallly bad of animal urine; I told the front desk, no way I can stay in there; so they put me in a suite which had a floor and there was no smell in there so was ok but front desk acted like it was a chore to do."
