Beachfront Condo with Spectacular View

The unobstructed view of the ocean waves takes your breath away from the moment you walk through the front door. Let’s face it, that’s what you’re here for, so put your bags down, and take it in for a while from the living room or balcony. Keep an eye open for occasional sightings of an otter drifting by, dolphins riding the surf, and perhaps even whales! Enjoy the frequent visits from the sweet hummingbirds that come to drink from our feeders on the balcony. This clean and comfortable condo is located on the third floor, facing West for spectacular sunsets.

You will also enjoy the beautiful furnishings and decor in the interior of the condo during your stay. The master bedroom shares the ocean view, with access to the balcony, and has a California king size bed with a goose down mattress topper and goose down pillows. The second bedroom has two queen size beds with goose down pillows.

Take a short drive to dine out in Aptos, Capitola or Moss Landing, or grill up your own delicacies on the BBQ. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood burning fireplace, catch your favorite movie on the flat screen T.V. hooked up with cable and/or the Blu Ray DVD player, have some laughs over the plentiful stock of games, and stay connected with free Wi-Fi.

Pajaro Dunes Resort is nestled approximately 20 miles south of Santa Cruz, and 30 miles north of Monterey. Located at Sunset State Beach, you can enjoy long strolls to Manresa State Beach and beyond. Spend a fun-filled day kayaking with the otters at Moss Landing, just a ten minute drive. Boogey board, surf or fish right outside the condo. Watch the extensive variety of birds while strolling around the Shorebirds pond, or enjoy a friendly game of tennis, pickleball, or basketball on this beautiful and peaceful property.

I think this home should be advertised for couples. The primary bedroom is the only one worth the price. The back bedroom was terrible. The beds were very uncomfortable, can’t see or hear the ocean and the mattresses were covered in plastic. Maybe ok for kids.

Brought the family to Sally’s place. Couldn’t have been a better trip. Great condo, steps from the beach. Very comfy for the five of us. It was Super clean and had everything you need—literally you don’t need to bring a thing, from beach towels, to basic supplies, even boggie boards. Be sure to hit Freedom meats for some

A great place for a relaxing family vacation. The unit was clean, well maintained and had amenities and a great view. The owners kept a lot of beach supplies on hand making it easy to maximize our time at the beach. They had a great supply of dishware and other kitchen supplies making it easy to eat at home.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. This condo is a beautiful and inviting space. It's very comfortable with thoughtful accommodations. The views and sunsets were beautiful. Sally is awesome! I had some questions and she always responded in a very short period of time. Great communications. We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend.

It was overall fine. I gave it 4 stars because: The cleaners used far too much bleach in the master bedroom shower, it was to strong - we tried airing out the room but it didn't really remove the smell. We kept the bathroom door shut, but going in there was horrible. The quilt/cover was blood stained at the top end. We stayed 2 nights and wanted to take walks and cook, relax there in the evenings, not drive out to eat. The kitchen was adequate but not great - basics like a grater, more glasses (It seemed many had been broken and not replaced), an adequate chopping knife would be good. It just seemed that more attention could be made to looking over things. It's not a cheap rental and some aspects let the place down. But the view is wonderful. Living room good. Short walk to the beach through the complex. The location is stellar. We enjoyed it despite above comments for a 2 night stay. On the way out we ate in Watsonville at an excellent Mexican restaurant, Jalisco - highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. It is exactly as you see it in the pictures, but better—it is really a very short walk to the beach. You can watch the exquisite sunsets from the beach, the living room, or the balcony. The unit is very clean and well stocked with necessities. I found it easy to communicate with the owner, who is very pleasant. We did not want to leave!

The condo was clean and comfortable. Very well stocked. The furnishings were very adequate. The beach was the best part of the experience. Very private and clean. We saw dolphins everyday, we saw whales on two separate occasions and a seal wandered by occasionally. All on this beach! Sally was easy to work with and very responsive. The view from the living room is spectacular. We were able to see whales, otters, dolphins, and seals. Our walks on the beach were wonderful with very easy access. Our only disappointment was that there is no wifi even though it is listed has having secured access. We did need to conduct a little bit of business but could not due to this problem. Our host said she would look into it, but we never heard back from her and the problem was not resolved. We still had a fabulous time. This area is beautiful!
