Beachfront Condo with Spectacular View

The unobstructed view of the ocean waves takes your breath away from the moment you walk through the front door. Let’s face it, that’s what you’re here for, so put your bags down, and take it in for a while from the living room or balcony. Keep an eye open for occasional sightings of an otter drifting by, dolphins riding the surf, and perhaps even whales! Enjoy the frequent visits from the sweet hummingbirds that come to drink from our feeders on the balcony. This clean and comfortable condo is located on the third floor, facing West for spectacular sunsets.

You will also enjoy the beautiful furnishings and decor in the interior of the condo during your stay. The master bedroom shares the ocean view, with access to the balcony, and has a California king size bed with a goose down mattress topper and goose down pillows. The second bedroom has two queen size beds with goose down pillows.

Take a short drive to dine out in Aptos, Capitola or Moss Landing, or grill up your own delicacies on the BBQ. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood burning fireplace, catch your favorite movie on the flat screen T.V. hooked up with cable and/or the Blu Ray DVD player, have some laughs over the plentiful stock of games, and stay connected with free Wi-Fi.

Pajaro Dunes Resort is nestled approximately 20 miles south of Santa Cruz, and 30 miles north of Monterey. Located at Sunset State Beach, you can enjoy long strolls to Manresa State Beach and beyond. Spend a fun-filled day kayaking with the otters at Moss Landing, just a ten minute drive. Boogey board, surf or fish right outside the condo. Watch the extensive variety of birds while strolling around the Shorebirds pond, or enjoy a friendly game of tennis, pickleball, or basketball on this beautiful and peaceful property.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was great and Sally provided a lot of the amenities that we needed for the beach! We were even able to have a bonfire with the fit pit provided!

The only negative was that there was no response to me from the host. I had trouble connecting my computer to the wifi. The password given in the instructions was different from what was noted on the router. I tried all combinations with no luck. I emailed the host to confirm the password and network name with no response. I had to use my phone as my hot spot causing me data costs. no good concerning the cost. I won't use or suggest this location.

There to celebrate mom’s 90th birthday. The stairs were hard for her to walk up, but that was part of the description. Also the shower was hard for her to get in and out of. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Little piece of Heaven

Loved the location and view of this property. We had rented this condo a couple of years ago for a family reunion with family from Missouri. So when family from Texas wanted to do a reunion, we decided to rent the same spot. You could literally watch the sunset from the living room if you wanted to- but we preferred to experience it from the beach. Our family was amazed when they walked in and saw the view from the living room window. The unit was well furnished and we felt right at home for our stay. We prefer to do most meals at the condo- but did also experience some of the local restaurants during our stay- as well, which were wonderful, as well.

Breath taking views, well decorated.

I think this home should be advertised for couples. The primary bedroom is the only one worth the price. The back bedroom was terrible. The beds were very uncomfortable, can’t see or hear the ocean and the mattresses were covered in plastic. Maybe ok for kids.

Wonderful Stay!

Brought the family to Sally’s place. Couldn’t have been a better trip. Great condo, steps from the beach. Very comfy for the five of us. Great 1st trip! We will be back.

A great place for a relaxing family vacation. The unit was clean, well maintained and had amenities and a great view. The owners kept a lot of beach supplies on hand making it easy to maximize our time at the beach. They had a great supply of dishware and other kitchen supplies making it easy to eat at home.

Serenity and Sand

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. This condo is a beautiful and inviting space. It's very comfortable with thoughtful accommodations. The views and sunsets were beautiful. Sally is awesome! I had some questions and she always responded in a very short period of time. Great communications. We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend.

Great location, needs some attention in the condo

It was overall fine. I gave it 4 stars because: The cleaners used far too much bleach in the master bedroom shower, it was to strong - we tried airing out the room but it didn't really remove the smell. We kept the bathroom door shut, but going in there was horrible. The quilt/cover was blood stained at the top end. We stayed 2 nights and wanted to take walks and cook, relax there in the evenings, not drive out to eat. The kitchen was adequate but not great - basics like a grater, more glasses (It seemed many had been broken and not replaced), an adequate chopping knife would be good. It just seemed that more attention could be made to looking over things. It's not a cheap rental and some aspects let the place down. But the view is wonderful. Living room good. Short walk to the beach through the complex. The location is stellar. We enjoyed it despite above comments for a 2 night stay. On the way out we ate in Watsonville at an excellent Mexican restaurant, Jalisco - highly recommend it.
