Lake view, centrally located on a peaceful private road 2 minute drive from downtown Watkins Glen. This updated house features 5 bedrooms all with Smart TVs, 3.5 bathrooms, two living areas, a game room, a gas fireplace, and a spacious kitchen. The front deck features plenty of seating to enjoy a morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the lake. The backyard is backed up by a forest with plenty of deer sightings. Imagine ending your evening with a cocktail or cooking on the gas grill watching your favorite sports team or show in the pavilion.

Had a family retreat to partake in the Deck the Halls event on Seneca Lake and this home was perfect for the 8 of us. Top to bottom the home was very clean, kitchen had all the items we need to make our meals, game room was a big hit. Close to Watkins Glen and right on the wine trail. Did not get to use the outdoor patio but looks like a great spot to finish off the night.

Great house with an amazing view. The location was perfect for our week racing at The Glen -easy to get to town, the track and any restaurants or shopping. House is spacious, clean and has a wonderful outdoor space.

This is a great property...very clean and family friendly. There is plenty of room for parking multiple cars. There is a fun game room which included Foosball, Ping Pong, Ring Toss, 2 large couches, chairs and a large flat screen TV that was enjoyed by all. The house is about 1 mile from the center of town and has nice view of the lake. The owner seemed friendly and was helpful to a simple request about checking out. Five full bedrooms, all with televisions. We are strongly considering coming back here on a yearly basis for our family get togethers.

Fantastic place!

Came here for a wedding with 7 members of my family, and there was plenty of room. Huge place! Also, very well prepared, excellently laid out and equipped overall. Owners were extremely responsive. I would recommend this house very highly and would happily stay there again.

Beautiful Property

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re in the area. Great location, great views, plenty of space and the house has everything you need to make it feel like home. They’ve clearly gone above and beyond and the backyard is the perfect gathering spot at the end of the day for dinner !

Great place for a group with a great view

The property was perfect for our group of eight. Mainly retired folks. Lots of space inside the house and great outdoor options in the back and front yard. View of the lake from the front porch, living room and one bedroom was amazing. Pavilion out back was very enjoyable. Game room was a hit as well. TVs were everywhere in the house. The location makes it very easy to get to the village of Watkins Glen and the many wineries and breweries surrounding the lake. We never had to drive more than 15 minutes from the house to get to where we wanted to go. We even had pizza delivered. The hosts were super responsive when contacted. We will definitely stay there again and we will recommend to others.

Lake House Magic

We had the BEST time at the lake house! It was extremely close to the center of town, which made getting places easy. The views were beautiful. The backyard and amenities were a hit! We enjoyed the game room late at night. I would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future!

Fabulous house

I have stayed at a lot of houses and this was one of the best. Not only did the house look better than the pictures, it we had the added bonus of a new pavilion that wasn’t in the pictures. This came in handy on a couple evenings it Raines. We also got to watch as a nest of robins got their wings and flew away while we were there. It was a great stay and would highly recommend this house. Sorry I forgot to post this sooner.

Family vacation

Our family had a great time at Seneca Summit! The house was wonderful - clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. There was plenty of room for all ten of us. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the front deck overlooking the lake in the evenings. The game room was a lot of fun also. Our family is already looking forward to our next vacation there!

Overall had an amazing vacation!! House was clean and well laid out for a large group. Loved the game room and the covered deck outside. There was one small issue which was handled immediately due to amazing communication from the owners. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a big family!

The house is just lovely and so spacious. The back patio addition gave us plenty of room to hang out for meals. Michael was very responsive to texts with any questions we had. The front patio has a lovely view looking towards the lake. Everything was immaculate when we checked in. Just loved it!

Seneca Summit is a lovely home with room for the entire family! It is well equipped with everything to make everyone comfortable including a well-stocked kitchen, great outdoor space, a playroom full of entertainment for all ages, and plenty of space. The hosts were responsive and helpful from start to finish!

Beautiful blue house

It’s my first time visiting Watkins Glen and Seneca lake. I searched for few days looking for the perfect house for our group and I came across the blue house up in a hill. The house did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded my expectation. Its so clean and beautiful. The front porch is gorgeous, I wake up early to wait for the sunrise with the Seneca lake as the backdrop. It is priceless. The backyard has lots of space to hang out, Bbq and sit by the gas fireplace. Inside the house you will have enough space for all age group. The garage is converted to a huge game room. The house is 6 minutes drive to super Walmart, 4 mins away from the Seneca harbor and 6 minute drive to Watkins Glen state park. The host Paulette is a super host, she is very quick to reply and very helpful. I am indeed fortunate to find this pretty blue house up in a hill. I will definitely come back.❤️

Like your own lake house

This is a great place for visiting the Finger Lakes! The house is in wonderful condition - clean, has the amenities you need, and a lot of space. Beautiful view from the front porch of Seneca Lake. Beds are comfortable and the living room couches are great. The location is excellent - very close to Watkins Glen and its beautiful state park. Also close to a ton of wineries, and a short drive to numerous hikes and bike trails. Would definitely come here again.
