"We had a wonderful stay at Best Western. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of options. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I was disappointed with our stay. We were assigned a handicap-accessible room, and the shower was designed in a way that allowed water to flood the entire bathroom floor every time it was used. The room also had a strong musty odor. The shower itself was cracked, and the bathtub was dirty, which made the room feel poorly maintained. Parking was another major issue. The lot was filled with trucks, campers, and trailers that took up approximately 20 parking spaces. There were no available spots...

Loved the options provided and the kitchen staff did a wonderful job always checking to see if any of the food options needed to be refilled. "Some of the staff acted like you were inconveniencing them when asking a question. Requested an extra blanket and pillows upon arrival and was told they would bring them up when they had time. Never happened. Went down to the desk the next day and was told they didn't have any. Some of the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was sufficient."

I understand about service every other day as far as making beds but we didn’t have any clean coffee cups or water glasses or packets to make coffee. I was very disappointed in the housekeeping services and would definitely discourage anyone from staying there."
