I said why don't you just up-grade us and they said it was because we got the room from your site nothing could be done. They finally found us a room on the other side of the hotel and we had to pack up and move. There was no paper in the room about the WiFi password and I called the front office. I let it ring @ least 12 to 14 times and no one answered. I had to leave...
