"From the moment we checked in Joy was amazing, welcoming and very helpful. The next day we met Isha, and she was just as awesome, the breakfast options were good and fresh, the waffle station is the bomb. The cleaning staff was very helpful and attentive. We also met Mark at the front desk, also very welcoming and helpful. The popcorn was awesome, one of mt favorite parts. Will definitely stay again."

"The room was clean and nice, the employees were great. The bed was horrible! I stopped because I needed a good night's sleep before a stressful day and our beds were hard, lumpy (like a pull out couch). We both did not fall asleep until after 3AM. Pillows thick and hurts neck. With a hotel that was so nice and clean, I couldn't believe this has not been updated. I would never choose it again because they main reason for a hotel is SLEEP We were not able to rest...and we had to PAY...

"Nice breakfast spread. Room was cleaned to specifications. Bed was a little high for an accessable room, but was able to get into and out of it OK. Staff is super nice and friendly. The only downside is there is only one ice maker for the entire hotel, and once it is empty, your out of luck. You can make some ice in the in-room freezer though. Overall, a great choice to stay at."

"You could tell most of the staff didn't want to be there. The TV didn't work the entire time we were there and the girl who was doing the breakfast was rude and miserable; I get being a server is difficult - I worked in the service industry for 18 years - she's either burnt out or just naturally has a terrible attitude. Overall it's a shrug."
