"Superb hotel for a visit to Ghent, especially if you're driving, as it's outside the Low Emission Zone and they have a large car-park. This was the second time I've stayed here and once again I wasn't disappointed. Lovely large, clean room with a good shower. Breakfast is extra, but worth it, as there's a good selection to set you up for the day. The nearest tram stop is 2 minutes walk away, and Sint-Pieters station is a brisk 10 minutes walk, or you can get the tram. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and spacious. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, and the staff made us feel at home. Breakfast was also very good. There is underground parking available, and if you stay at the hotel, you can validate at the reception for £10 per day, which I think is very reasonable."

"Modern, fairly new, clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly. It was a little difficult to find when walking from the train station. It was about a 10-minute walk with luggage. It is the farthest building in a row of buildings, and the entrance to the hotel was a little tricky to find, but it was easy once we figured it out. There are a grocery store and several restaurants at the train station. It is about a 15-minute walk to the old town."

"Location a significant attraction. Short walk to restaurants and to many of the sites in the city centre, yet not overly busy right around the hotel. Easy to get to if you're driving. Parking about 100 metres away for 15 euros daily."

"Absolutely loved the table tennis and the communal spaces. The room was small but perfectly functional and was just what we needed. Car park was easy to find and it was an easy walk into town. We would definitely stay here again."

"Room was clean and cute. Breakfast food was good. We used parking which was expensive (€35 for one night) but as we drove from Amsterdam was a necessity. Underground parking which was secure, safe and well lit. Experience with check in, check out, questions were pretty average - no one seemed particularly eager to assist. Overall experience was fine though. "

"There was some slimy stuff at the bottom of the kettle. The receptionist cleaned it for me, but it was disgusting since it's something you put your mouth on."
