"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

"The only thing I truly enjoyed about my stay was the short walk to the beach. The beach itself was beautiful, and that was the highlight of the experience.
Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room was dirty, the floors were not clean, and the overall property did not seem well maintained. The supplies provided were very limited, and there was no staff available to help when we needed assistance or had questions.

"We chose this location for our weekend honeymoon. This hotel is beautiful and so well maintained. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because the AC wasn't working on our first night. When we called Front Desk we were given a new room. They gave us keys and all, and when we walked into the new room it was dirty and there were no sheets, meaning it was a room that was not ready. No other room was available, so we had to sleep back in our original 78 degrees room with two fans they were...

"The location was excellent, especially for beach access. Providing beach chairs and umbrellas was a great bonus. The room was very clean and felt fresh and comfortable.The only downsides were that there was no microwave in the room, and the noise from the guests upstairs was quite noticeable. We could constantly hear footsteps, which made it a bit difficult to fully relax.Overall, it was a good stay, but a bit more soundproofing and basic room amenities would make it perfect."
