"My wife and I stayed weekend of July 26. We enjoyed the quaint quiet retreat. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was like a Michelin star chef was cooking these very nice and succulent breakfast dishes. The convenience of the property placement made it right were all the shopping and fun spots that the historic district had to offer. Thank you for taking care of our needs, to all the staff at the Hoyt House. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that likes quiet little getaway in a bustling...

"The property is wonderful! Even though it is at the intersection of 2 busy roads, our room #3 was tucked away from it all. Very quiet. As with any B&B, you are enjoying what the hosts like for breakfast, or what they think you might like. It's OK not like everything, it's natural. But give it a try! "The place is immaculate. Staff is great. Breakfast is awesome. Hayden, Crew, Micha. Tan, Kendall, and especially Zack. We used the grills alot. Shuttle takes you anywhere on the Island. Pool with towel box. Hot tub/whirlpool is great. Plenty of space on the deck. We stayed about 25 days in all. "

"La experiencia fue terrible. Al hacer el C/I a los huéspedes de la otra ventanilla les ofrecieron agua, a mi no. Tampoco me dijeron que me cobrarían una suma mayor a la reserva y mucho menos nos dijeron que TODOS los teléfonos del hotel estaban fuera de servicio. Terminamos debajo de la mesa de noche tratando de arreglar el teléfono pues nos dimos cuenta que el cargo había sido mayor, así que tuve que bajar a preguntar. Ahi me explicaron el cobro y que no había teléfono. Al rato nos alistamos...
