Located in Water Valley, this tiny home is a dream. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed private back room, 2 queen bed lofts, a kids pack n play, and sofa coach. Guests will enjoy petting/feeding emus, goats, cows, donkey, turkeys, chickens, holland lop bunnies, ducks, and german sheperd thats stays in a kennel if needed during stay. we have hundreds of plants/fruit trees we are growing in our nursuery to see too. Relax to the farm animal life no city noises, find the perfect space to unwind with a bone fire, we are less than 30 min to ole mississippi university and less than 10 from the huge george cossar state park of over 28,000 acres of fishing/disc golf, deer, foraging, walking. The peaceful surroundings and tremendous amenities like the view of the bright stars at night no light pollution, the fresh air of the pine trees/grounding experiences, bonfire, archery targets, frisbee game, bags, AC and heating ensure a comfortable stay. We have a fishing pond, floating dock, farm animals to feed at $5 a cup $20 a bucket. Fire place with table and chairs for outdoor. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. we are a short distance to Enid lake parks & recreation, 10 min from george cossar 28,000 acres of disc golf, swimming, fishing, walking paths, deer, homecooking, and 29 mi. to ole miss university downtown attractions all from the country.
