Welcome to our newest listing - our Large Brick Waterfront Home.

This stately brick home has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. We have a large eat-in kitchen as well as a dining room that sits 8 guests.

We have 2 Smart TV's along with high speed WiFi throughout the home. The yard is fenced in and perfect for the little ones to run and play - Yes we are pet friendly!

Central Heat and AC has just been installed for year round comfort!

Off-Street parking is right outside the door.

This home features 4 Bedrooms - 2 with King size beds; 1 with a Full Size Bed; 1 with 2 Twin Beds.

We have 3 full size bathrooms - Two with stand up showers and one with a Bathtub/shower combination. We also have a full size laundry room with Washer/Dryer.

This home has a large 85" Smart TV downstairs in the living room as well as a 60" Smart TV in the upstairs King Bedroom. We also have high speed WiFi with coverage throughout the home.

Our fenced in back yard is perfect for the little ones (two and four legged) to run and play. We have a waterfront deck that is open and available to enjoy the beautiful water front views. The deck can be shared with the other guests on the property.

We have a large driveway that should be able to park multiple vehicles with more on street parking if needed.

This is a tucked away home with neighbors close by. We do not allow parties. However it is a perfect place for families and for "relocations due to work" or "work groups" for extended stays.

This home is the main living area in a building with a couple of smaller units attached to the back of the property. Every unit has its own entrance/exits and nothing is shared other than the yard and the decks. The dock is under repair and is not fully usable at this time.

Not what we expected

The pictures were deceiving as we had no beach or bay access. There was no parking for multiple cars and fence to yard was broken. House was an older home that smelled musty and bathrooms were very small. Main floor kitchen area and living room area was nice.

Ad description does not match the residence

The ad listed the property as having a fenced yard for kids and pets. The fencing there was old and missing in large sections . There was a gate hanging from a hinge on a post but no fence either side. The structure is actually a 4 bedroom place with 2 apartments on the back side. The walls are very thin and neighbors loud. Parking is extremely difficult because you do t want to block the residents and the ‘ alley ‘ barely has room for a vehicle to go around once parked. The trees had been cut down and limbs and logs stacked all along what could be valuable parking space. The downstairs bath has hot water in the sink but not the shower. The neighborhood is sketchy. I know of no other way to describe it. For the price I would have expected much more.
