"We arrived at night and were not fully aware of the condition of this property until the next morning. The property is nothing like the photos. Our room was filthy. Mould on the shower curtain and stains all over the upholstery. Underneath the toilet seat was disgusting. The bed was rock hard. The swimming pool was dirty and had green mould on the tiles. The property was infested with mosquitoes. There was no restaurant or bar. We were served eggs at breakfast that were only partially cooked....

"Good place to stay and meet all my needs. Had a fridge, basic hygiene essentials, and water. The shower head was not properly screwed into the wall and there was only a shower curtain separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom. This caused water to get outside the shower area and everywhere on the bathroom floor. Phone did not work. Only had one pillow per bed and the bed cover/comfortable were short. Pool was lovely with the bar and surrounding plants/flowers. Location was okay and...

"We arrived at Babel Boutique 15 hours late due to a delayed flight and the staff greeted us warmly and showed us to our rooms. We had rooms on the ground floor with a back terrace area. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the amenities you need for your stay. The hotel is small so has a ‘homely’ feel to it and most of the time we were dining or swimming in the pool alone. The staff are super friendly and although we didn’t use their Tuk-tuk service they would’ve booked anything we wanted....

"Our family of 4 (with two boys ages 13 and 11) stayed at the Pierre Hotel for 5 nights and we absolutely loved it! Our room was spacious and clean and had balconies overlooking the river. The hotel’s location is great - all the central areas of Siem Reap are within walking distance. We thought the breakfast buffet was excellent and REALLY loved the crystal-clear swimming pool. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, including with early check in and late checkout and helping us access laundry...

"The hotel was situated in the town center. Just a 5 minute walk from the markets and Pub Street. The hotel is beautiful and the service is even better. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. We also really enjoyed the pool. It was so hot in Siem Reap and it was nice just to get cooled off. I would highly recommend."
