"The hotel was very dated and the room was not very clean. We found a roach immediately when we walked into the room. The sheets didn’t look clean. We arrived at night, and the parking lot was very dark. We were supposed to stay for four nights; however, we decided to leave the following morning. The hostess was very friendly and understanding when we checked out after only one night."

"We never seen anyone other than a strange old man sitting in a room off the kitchen who didn’t speak.Honest review of someone who loves B&Bs and the charm. Pros-Before arrival the host was very tentative with answering questions. Such as we needed an iron but they had a steamer (big plus). They had snacks and drinks to grab headed out the door. "Room was great. Pillows very bad support. It was weird being told there would be housekeeping done after the third night, and then no housekeeping materialized. Make sure to communicate with the front desk if you want it done."

"No breakfast"

"Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out."

"It was proximate distance to the Holy Cross Hospital, where we had to arrive by 5:45am. Much easier than driving that morning from DC, leaving home by 4am. Convenience factor a huge plus. Just wish the breakfast access had been open a little earlier as by 6 am we had to be at the hospital. But I did at least get a cup of coffee."
