"This lodge is close to the freeway, so you hear the trucks. and it is noisy. Running a fan and white noise on my phone helped. No air conditioner. The restaurant was great. Good food and service. The coffee bar was also excellent. The bed was not as firm as I would have liked, but we slept well. The shower was large and better than most. Very friendly staff!"

"We were going to be very late getting to the hotel and asked if that would be an issue with the self check in. The staffs response was absolutely not and since your coming in late we will turn the A/C on for you. The room was very pleasant when we arrived. As tired as we were, we took the time to take in all the old furniture and layout of the front lobby. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Had a really lovely 4 nights at the inn. Owned by a really lovely and friendly couple. Room was a good size, with a big comfortable bed. Plenty of bedding and towels. You get to use a lot of the property as well as the room. There is a front porch, a back room with amenities for tea/coffee, fridge, ice, microwave etc. You can sit inside there or down the stairs where there is another fridge. "AMAZING! This was 1 day of a 2-week journey. Many different hotels, beds, breakfasts, staff, etc. By far this was the most comfortable bed. Very friendly staff and good breakfast, with made to order omelets. I do have one big regret, we didn't spend enough time here. This should be a destination, not just a pass through. Although, it was for us a very nice pass through. This is a place that I would highly recommend. "

"The check in was really quick. The place is nice. When we walked in, the beddings were stained. But, the lady changed it for us. The parking is a little tight but it all worked out. The stay was really pleasant. Note the following: There are really no amenities provided. There's no breakfast There's no pool No irons inside the rooms. No laundry service No room service There is a hair dryer, a microwave, and a fridge. It's very plain. Okay for a quick overnight stay. "
