"Cool little cabin! Right next to the river. Great biking near by. Close to the little town. Quiet and comfortable. Has a small kitchen which was nicely stocked. Was there during a hot weekend (95ish) and was worried about no AC, but somehow the place stayed nice and cool. Would definitely stay there again"

"Yes. It was perfect for me for visiting family and friends in Nevada City. Convenient and easy access to downtown. Also a plus that it was a west facing basement walkout, so it stayed cool for the hot summer nights and days. I would 100% stay here again."

"This little cabin was in an ideal getaway spot close to hiking trails and perfectly situated in the mountains. Be aware that it is a mountain cabin. Everything works, and everything is clean, but it is a rustic. Specifically, there are tricks to getting a hot shower, but don't give up the water heater does work. They just did a whole bunch of improvements, and it made the cabin very comfortable. This is a mountain gem, and I couldn't recommend it more."

"I really enjoyed my cozy stay. I enjoyed some wonderful peace and quiet which is exactly what I needed. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I had everything I needed. "Perfect property for our family gathering! House was great for accommodating multiple family groups. Loved the big dining room table for bringing folks together. The property has great hiking trails (although you need to watch out for poison oak). Alicia and Michael were very helpful giving us the info we needed to get the most out of our stay.
