"This was by far the worst hotel we've stayed at. Probably ever. We're usually cheap people for hotels so we dont need much. This was awful. We were sent to a dirty room and then gave a "clean" new room. Stains everywhere, floors were gross, smoke smell everywhere, transient activity around, no smoke alarm hooked up, bathroom was dirty, no toilet paper holder, furniture wasnt good, bathroom faucet wasnt even bolted down, dirty shower plus a dead spider in it, beds are extremely hard, no coffee...

"Normally our stay is fine. This was not good at all. Dirty sheets, no internet service to the room television, ice machine outside our door on the fritz all night long beeping and on the Fritz, arguments outside our room. Just not a pleasant stay and when I called up front no one answered. I had my little granddaughter so I couldn’t just go up front, she was asleep."

"Air conditioner didn't work very well. We needed an extra key so my husband went down to the lobby to get one. It was just handed to him, they didn't ask him for identification or credit card to verify identity. He could have asked for a key to any room, which is scary because anyone could have asked for a key to our room."

"Clean room with everything you need, comfy king bed, breakfast was good and simple, friendly staff, less then 20 to the Toyota Amphitheater. We would stay here again. 🙂"

"No information on how to work the TV and there was no printed channel information. There was no microwave in the room, no freezer in the refrigerator. The bed blanket only went up to my lower chest and the pillows were too hard. There should have been pillows of different thickness. Breakfast was not included. Staff was away from the desk a lot and I had to holler for them. I had to go through the casino to get to the restaurant for breakfast and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the...

"The studio was immaculate and the couch and bed were very comfortable to sit on and sleep on The air conditioning was great as was the staff and parking I will be back again and I highly recommend staying here"

"We were in the area for a graduation, so the house with 5 large bedrooms, a nice backyard including a canopy was perfect for us. The house was exactly as pictured, and large enough for everyone. There were a few little things that weren't smooth- like getting the wifi password or access to both TVs at the same time, but otherwise it was an excellent stay. Would definitely stay again. We were able to check in about 30 minutes early, which was helpful."

"All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money."
