Conveniently situated just a couple of minutes' walk away are the metro , mall , and various restaurants.Washington D.C. is nearby and the area is considered safe. one block away from this charming house, you will find Quincy Park. The park features baseball and softball fields, basketball and tennis courts, as well as volleyball courts for sports enthusiasts. A playground is also available for children to enjoy.

We stayed during the Thanksgiving Holiday, check in was easy, the house looked exactly like the pictures the seating arrangement was a little tight as far as eating, also didn’t realize there wasn’t tv’s in all the bedrooms. The property was very close to grocery stores & restaurants etc, the host responded ASAP and was very helpful, towels were fully stocked which was great, & coffee pods were a nice touch as well! Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying when we come back to Arlington! Thanks again!!!!

Great location, well appointed, nice finishes, clean except for the ants in the kitchen. Has 4 "bedrooms" but basement bedroom windows are too small and too high for rescue in case of a fire. Minimal dining area and parking for more than one car is challenging. Host very responsive and gave us good information for dining out.

We enjoyed our stay very much.The property was clean with nice updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and there was parking right in front of the property. The property is located in a great section of Arlington and is within walking distance of the metro, parks, grocery stores, and restaurants.The host was nice and provided us with timely check-in information and gave us the option of checking in early which was great.I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the D.C. area.

Incredible location

My wife, daughter, and immediate family all drove up from Tampa to celebrate my 20-year retirement from the Army. I chose to take part in a ceremony held in Washington, DC, and found this wonderful home for our stay. The house is in an incredible neighborhood, within walking distance of great restaurants and nightlife, and just a stone’s throw from DC’s beautiful monuments and historic buildings. This was my first experience using VRBO, and the communication with the property owner was impeccable. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Overall close to metro easy commute to sights and sounds of DC. Well stocked towels and kitchen supplies. Only negative was no ceiling fans or TVs in bedrooms. Only tv is in living room and basement. Host was very responsive. Beds were comfortable. It sleeps 8 but there is not space for 8 to sit comfortable in living room to enjoy tv or to sit at bar to eat.

Excellent location

We had 5 adults for 5 nights. Two blocks from the Metro station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Grocery store a 10 min walk away. Townhouse was exactly like the pictures. Well-stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee pods.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay especially: the layout of this home for multiple families, the neighborhood, the nearby accessibility to metro (Orange and Silver line) nearby accessibility to multiple dining options, the comfort of the beds, the adequately supplied kitchen, and the easy availability of our host Ahmad.

Perfect!

The accommodations were immaculate. Plenty of room and very convenient location! We will book again down the road. Only complaint is 4 washcloths for a 3 night stay for 5 people is not enough! I went to Target and bought washcloths! Same with towels - 2 towels per bedroom? For 3 nights a few extra would be nice.

Very safe, clean area near metro to DC,l. A nice, clean updated condo with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, comfortable couch and beds. Quick response from manager. Easy, free parking.
