Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the location was close to town for food and entertainment. My only complaint, was about cleanliness. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the tub when we arrived.

Unit needs TLC

Loved the space, view, and light. However, unit had gouges in flooring, small holes in dining chairs, no seating on balcony, door to balcony had to be slammed in order to close properly

Fantastic value just don't expect to hear back if you message with a question

We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was great but, if there was a problem, it seems like no one would respond through this system. I'm still waiting for a response to a question. My question was answered upon entering the apartment; there are people at the desk where you check it. It turned out ok.

Downtown Bethesda

Easy enough to find. Consiege / Front Desk always very helpful and cheerful. Parking available, but for an additional fee. Walking distance to restaurant district. Not far from Walter Reed. Apartment is well kept, and clean. Only gripe, I wish they stocked more consumable / expendable supplies. Property management easy to contact and responded promptly. A little more paperwork required to apply to stay after booking on VRBO... minor nuisance. Fair deal for price charged.

Ideal location and spacious and clean apartment equal a great stay!

We stayed nine days in the Woodmont Triangle apartment. The check-in process was super easy, and we were very pleased with the building's amenities and its cleanliness. The immaculate apartment was such a step up from our usual hotel stays in DC - we were able to prepare breakfast, keep snacks and serve take-out easily in the well- equipped kitchen, and we did laundry in the full-sized washer and dryer. A large walk-in closet made storage ideal. We were within easy walking distance of markets, a pharmacy, lots of retail, and many cafes and restaurants. Three items would make this apartment perfect: dishtowels for that quick wash up (although there is a full-sized dishwasher), a full-length mirror (we had an event to attend while in DC and I would have loved to see myself dressed for that event), and a grab bar for the bathtub, since my husband has mobility problems (an easy fix, thanks to Amazon). We will definitely rent again.

Terrible check in process

I did not receive information about how to gain access to the unit and the concierge was not able to assist. This resulted in multiple phone calls with Luxury whatever... Once I was able to gain access the garage door opener I was given did not work so that was several times back and forth from the garage to the concierge. We were not notified the pool would not be open. The kitchen is very poorly stocked, no salt or pepper even. No dish towels at all. No trash pick up, and no instructions on where to take the trash. Not enough back up garbage bags. Ran out of toilet paper. Very unsatisfied.

Expedited second party

So, the only issue I had was that my company booked the apt for me. There were emails and miscommunications about payment and who was in charge of that through the check in process. Happy to explain in length if needed. Also, the check out process was a little disorganized. The directions said to leave my keys in an envelope on the back of the door. There was no envelope or designated space. The only reason I was able to get the keys to the right person was because they came in to do an inspection for the next guest just prior to my check out time. They were very helpful in replacing a faulty toaster oven that turned my English muffin into a burnt hokey puck. And I mean flamingly burnt. Thank you so much. Alexandra
