This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home that fit our needs perfectly. We were in town to see our grandson swim in a tournament at the University of Maryland which is less than 10 minutes away. It's not big or fancy but we just needed a place to sleep and to be near enough for him to have some recharge time between the morning and afternoon events. My only surprise was understanding how to manage the ac unit. It is programmed to keep going for 2 degrees below the set value to reduce cycling. So if you set it at 74 it will cool down to 72 before going off. So our first night I couldn't get the temperature where I wanted until I wrote the owner in the morning. Then I was able to plan the daytime and nighttime comfort level properly.
