Great location, amenities were wonderful, and the hosts were great about checking in to make sure everything was going well. Very enjoyable stay.

This is a perfect location with all the amenities. Will stay here again. Didn't have time to use hot tub or pool or even the kitchen but they were all excellent options.

The property is very nice. We were very comfortable. There are hiking/biking trails nearby, and it’s close to restaurants, etc. we loved the jacuzzi and fireplace! This was a very good deal for the price, as well. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet and Relaxing

We came for a golf tournament and it was very nice to be able to relax on the patio with the fireplace and the living room upstairs is very homey and inviting. Such a great trip that ended with a at home feeling

Our family of 5 spent 3 nights at this awesome rental. Perfect location to so many great sites to see. It was very clean and had so much! We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub!

This is our 2nd time staying here and it was as great as the first time. It was immaculately clean and very spacious. We especially appreciate that all 3 bedrooms have beds big enough for an adult to sleep in comfortably which is what we need. We love having our own private hot tub and 2 family areas with large TV's. The layout provides quiet for anyone who likes to sleep in while the rest of us can be downstairs enjoying TV, etc. It was a luxury experience for a very reasonable price and we will certainly return again.

The property was very nice and was what we needed for our golfing vacation. The only thing that could be improved is the carpet upstairs in the tv room. It needs to be restretched and cleaned. But we did enjoy the big couch in that room for watching movies on the really hot afternoons. Again overall it was nice and roomy. The host was wonderful.

Comfortable and well appointed

This rental was very comfortable for my family. The overall design was very nice as well. The owner was very responsive. I'd definitely recommend renting this property.

Another excellent vacation!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. We keep coming back because it has all we need--plenty of room, very clean, private hot tub and fire pit, quiet neighborhood close to the freeway (but not too close!) There were 4 adults in our group and every bedroom has an adult size bed which is great for us.We love everything about this place.

Excellent stay in Washington. We were in town for a soccer tournament and prefer to stay at rentals versus hotels.These are our favorite townhomes - great location near 15, perfect to have extra room to spread out, and love the patios with private hot tubs. This rental had lots of special touches- full size shampoo, condition, body wash in each bathroom - lots of Keurig cups to choose from - stocked kitchen with spices, etc. Movie DVDs to choose from for the upstairs TV. Small fans in each bedroom closet if you wanted to use.The beds were extremely comfortable too!

Zion and Bryce Hiking Vacation

Stayed here first week in June. Lovely and spacious condo! Clean and modern with very comfortable beds and linens. My husband was ecstatic the refrigerator had a water filter as we drink A LOT of water and need for our hikes. Nice geographical area for the hiking we did in both Zion and Bryce Canyon. Would recommend!

This place is perfect and we will be staying there again

This was the ideal place for my husband and me and our 2 adult children. The bedrooms were roomy and the whole place was immaculate as well as very comfortable. The 2 story layout made it possible for someone to be watching TV downstairs while someone else was napping upstairs. We absolutely loved the hot tub and the fire pit. There was even a DVD player which we enjoyed. The kitchen was well-stocked and pleasant to work in. It is very close to the freeway but in a quiet neighborhood. We would totally recommend it.
