Our guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

Getting Around:
There is ample public transport available near this building, but we also recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around the city easily.

Other Things to Note:
The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.
The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.
Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit.

Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Please contact our team for more details.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.

For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose

Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.

ENVITAE does not allow local residents to book homes for same day arrival. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.

Don't Waste Your Money

Our family was so disappointed with this property. VRBO is suppose to be "home away from home". This "luxury" apartment was not that at all with their bare minimum amenities. Upon arriving we immediately messaged about needing hangers (only 2 hangers in each room), tissue, salt/pepper, and cooking pans that were not rusted out, trash in nightstands, etc. One of the bedrooms also had NO curtains on the window and it was clear there use to be. There was no dresser or luggage rack - we had no where to put our things to get settle for our week long stay. When I opened the night stand drawers one was filled of wrappers of trash and a sleep mask, the other also had trash and someone's glasses and ear pods. I sent photos of everything. The management responses were - they don't supply tissue, only paper towels and TP - which was 1-ply (so luxury). Even a Motel 6 gives you tissue. Regarding curtains, so we could actually sleep, we were informed that the property is as shown in listing photos. Later in our stay we also had to message as there was no laundry detergent and no BBQ's. The photos and listing clearly show/state BBQ's, we were sent on a wild scavenger hunt first being told to check the 15 floor that we already did. Then told to check the 4th floor - no BBQ's. So we had to figure out something different on several nights of dinner even though we counted on being able to BBQ and sit outside. With this low grade management of this property I would not stay anywhere they manage.

Fantastic!

The condo is very clean and comfortable. It’s in an amazing location with Whole Foods across the street, metro access about 2 blocks away, a huge shopping mall a few blocks away, and several great coffee shops close by. My only complaints are that the keypad to enter the condo is super tricky to use.and the garage access clicker was virtually hidden and not where it was indicated that it would be. Would definitely return.

Great Stay

Great location next to restaurants, grocery, bars, etc. Easy to get in and out. Had one hiccup outside of anyone’s control and the property manager fixed ASAP!
