"I reserved and paid for another property from this host but was only told after completing and paying for the resevation that it wasn't available due to flooding, the listing should not have been active if it wasnt available.We were then offered another house by this host which was "ok" at best, feels like we were baited into reserving only to be offered a lesser option. The Hydro was cut off on Friday in the next property due to an overdue account, our food in the fridge was spoiled and frozen...
