We Rented the entire house. It was immaculate on arrival and well provisioned. The layout was great for our reunion needs, as the individual units provided privacy and separation, while all being easily accessible internally.Everything we needed was within close walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and playground for the little ones. Several parking spots are provided with the house and there was also ample street parking available.We highly recommend this property and will book it again if we have a similar need come up again. We only had a few interactions with the the hosts, but they were very prompt and helpful in responding to our queries.

Great place to stay for multiple families!

There were nine of us divided into two families of four and a grandma. We each had our own apartment which worked well. There were times when we cooked, ate and watched movies together and other times when each family had their own space. It worked so well. The apartments are all beautiful with two bedrooms and a bath. It could not have been a nicer place for us to stay. It was close to the grocery store, the liquor store, the coffee shop, and the beach, even though we spent a lot of our time away in Bristol, Newport, Block Island, Providence, and Boston. We would definitely rent this house again. Tyler was easy to work with. The check-in and check out process was easy.

Perfect stay for multiple groups

We stayed here for our daughter’s college graduation at Wheaton College. We had a total of eight adults. We left the grandparents on the first floor so they would not have to deal with stairs that were a bit steep. Our adult children stayed in the second floor and then my husband and I had the top floor. It was perfect for us to escape to, and everyone had their own privacy.Communication was easy with the host. The house was really clean. The location was also perfect. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. And there was always parking available for us (we had 3 cars between all of us and only once did we use the gravel spot next to the house). We would totally rebook here if we came back to the area. Highly recommend for larger groups that also really like some private space.
