"First we paid and booked a room with a patio and pool view and got a regular room. And then the room we received had leaked terribly by the window and ceiling and found this out by stepping on wet carpet and could not take our shoes off our use that side of the room! Then we went for quietness and people were partying and lighting fireworks off at the hotel all night i could have stayed home for that!!"

"It was satisfactory for an inexpensive stay. Unfortunately there were a lot of people in the halls around 3 am that were very noisy and lasted a couple hours."

"Had to move rooms as TV did not work. The sink drain was slow. Next room the hair dryer did not work and the face plate was broken. On the up side it was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff was most gracious."

"There were raised tiles in our bathroom and we kept stubbing our toes. However more frustrating was that the photos online showed a hot tub with the indoor pool, it had been filled and it now a seating area. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a long drive, so that was really disappointing."

"Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled."
