"This was a very nice place to stay or my son's graduation as the hotel is very close to all of the area schools. The transportation to and from the airport as well as campus was extremely helpful. The staff were all very accommodating and the complementary continental breakfast was a nice perk. Unfortunately, the hotel is in the middle of s renovation and therefore our room was missing an exhaust fan in the bathroom and they hadn't yet installed curtains in our room. "I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. The front desk said there were NO rooms available, so I had to check out immediately (no apologies for the inconveniences, etc.). As I'm checking out downstairs, my friend checks...

When fixes are done, a customer can tell that they were done quickly and most likely by a staff who may not know what a customer probably notices."

"The place is old and needs more maintenance but the people at the front desk are great. They have breakfast included and coffee all day. Great for a short visit, in and out. They have every other day room service. If you need fresh towels just ask for them"

"Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled."
