"This was a very nice place to stay or my son's graduation as the hotel is very close to all of the area schools. The transportation to and from the airport as well as campus was extremely helpful. The staff were all very accommodating and the complementary continental breakfast was a nice perk. "I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. The front desk said there were NO rooms available, so I had to check out immediately (no apologies for the inconveniences, etc.). As I'm checking out downstairs, my friend checks...

When fixes are done, a customer can tell that they were done quickly and most likely by a staff who may not know what a customer probably notices."
