"I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. "This was a very nice place to stay or my son's graduation as the hotel is very close to all of the area schools. The transportation to and from the airport as well as campus was extremely helpful. The staff were all very accommodating and the complementary continental breakfast was a nice perk. Unfortunately, the hotel is in the middle of s renovation and therefore our room was missing an exhaust fan in the bathroom and they hadn't yet installed curtains in our room. Staff at check in and check out were rude, "busy" despite no other guests being present, didn’t even offer token courtesies.
