"Such an incredible place. Enjoyed the spa at the sister hotel which was a beautiful 10 minute walk away. Literally right next to the funicular and a store where you can buy food essentials, souvenirs and hiking gear. The hotel is brand new and is impeccably clean. The restaurant is very good. Everything in Stoos is within walking distance—including the lifts to the tops of the mountain. If you stay here be prepared to love the tranquility and the sound of cowbells. "

"Amazing stay in a beautiful place. The interior design felt new and clean with thoughtful, modern touches. We had the place to ourselves during a rainy week and really enjoyed the breakfast and proximity to wonderful adventures. The owners were helpful and friendly and made our stay very comfortable. "Fantastic venue and staff. Food was incredible and all were very welcoming. Support with transport, entertainment and landmarks from Silvana, Michael, Benet and Sala. All a credit to Alex Lake and made the visit thoroughly worth it and enjoyable."

"The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views of the lake & mountains, with the added bonus of an adjacent park along the shore. Hospitality is a standout feature of this property, with friendly & helpful staff and nice touches everywhere that show their pride in this facility and their attention to your enjoyment. Great breakfast. This hotel has Old World class in a serene setting. Brunnen is a cute village at a quieter end of the lake from touristy Lucerne."

"A beautiful property with excellent staff. We greatly appreciated the location for the gorgeous view of the lake and it is right across from a badi so you can just jump right in the lake. It is also walking distance to old town and short walk to metro station. "
