"A charming Gastropub hotel on the edge of Epping Forest conveniently located near Chingford overground station with direct links to Liverpool St. The hotel is a tudor style timber and white plaster building with stained glass windows amongst many other old world embellishments. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the restaurant a treat with exceedingly helpful and pleasant staff."

"Hotel and staff were extremely helpful. Never had any issues while staying here. Bed was super comfortable, and the room was huge for what i expected. Not sure why the shower was a foot higher than the floor, and to get out was quite dangerous when your wet, and the floor is damp. But the rooms are excellent. I stayed on the 3rd floor. "Spacious, well designed and modern place. The pictures do it no justice! Love the TV's, Comfortable bed. Amazing self check in process via a phone app. Soo much free amenities! The hot chocolate was beautiful! Would recommend to any solo traveller, group or family! Thanks!"

"We asked hotel to confirm we could have a parking space, they confirmed by email but neglected to mention it would cost £15. Check on was great, friendly person and helpful. Room was nice but metal clothes rack by bed didn’t leave much room and I bashed my knee on drawer knob.
