"Always a great place to stay in Orrville. We stay here each time we come to Ohio. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have everything needed. This time we stayed in a king suite with a separate bedroom, kitchen area for light meals, desk and living area which accommodated just what we needed. We only ate breakfast one of the three mornings and it was okay.
The room was comfortable and clean. The toilet did not have great flushing capability. The closet door was hard to use as the track was broken.

"The parking lot was well lit and accessible. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. And the room was cheap. However, the ratings didn’t match up to the actual room. The room needed maintenance, like grouting around bathroom tiles was missing and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The evening staff was slow to come to the counter for check in. I wish we stayed somewhere else for our multi-day stay."
