House is well maintained for an older home. House has everything you need and organized well. Beds are comfortable and good space. Great location if wanting to go downtown. All the bedrooms are upstairs but the two full baths are great. Host responds quickly and overall had a great stay.

Forth of July trip

The house was nice and appears recently updated. It was in a great location, walking distance to many places on the Main Street in Walker. Close walk to the parade. The host was helpful and quick to respond when we reached out.

The home was simple, nice, clean, well taken care of, and in a great location within walking distance to Walker. We were a group of 4 and we are all very picky about the cleanliness of the places we stay (carpets, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms). This home met all of our expectations. We were very happy and would stay in this home again. Also, the property owner was very thorough and organized :)

We had a wedding to go to at Chase on the Lake. We decided to turn the trip into a weekend getaway with our friends. The house was beautiful and within walking distance from Chase on the Lake. It had lots of space and was so cozy! We had a great time!

Mother Daughter Get Away

The property was perfect for our mother daughter time together. There were 7 of us and the accommodations were perfect. Shopping, eating, and drinking establishments were all within walking distance of the house. We spent a lot of time at the fire pit outside of the home. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great family times within walking distance

We stayed here with our 6 week old and the home was perfect for all the items we had to have that come with taking care of new born. Best thing was being able to pack up our girl and walk to town to get out of the house for. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again! a bit, grab a bite or visit with friends.

Clean, well equipped, nice location, easy to use features. Encountered difficulty in operating the unlocking system upon our arrival. Within an hour the owner came and provided needed assistance. After that everything went smoothly. Owner solicited suggestions and promptly responded

Girls Weekend

Great location! We had a wonderful 3 nights. The property is close to the public beach, sand volleyball, pickleball and walking to distance to numerous shops and restaurants. There was an awesome biking trail ride behind the house!

Great location to access Heartland and Paul Bunyan trails

We stayed a WE and could bike both trails. Access is very easy, 50 yards from the house so very convenient. We had no problem to check in and appreciated early check in and late check out. This is an old house but fully renovated. Nice water pressure in the shower, AC in the main bedroom and living room. Kitchen has all equipment needed. Washer dryer on the premises is a plus

Paul Bunyon Trail

This was an awesome property for my wife and I to make base camp for a few days of biking the trails. The trail was literally 20 yards from the property and convenient walking to downtown for meals was also a welcome adventure. I would highly recommend this charming old house to anyone wanting to explore the area.

Fabulous Bicycling Vacation

Host was attentive and quick to respond. Home was charming and had lots of room. Quiet neighborhood, yet a short walk to town to dine or shop. Bike trail a short block away with access to a variety of scenic trails. We are starting to plan our next visit!

Great girls weekend getaway

We had a group of ladies stay at the house and we enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located close to all the shopping and restaurants. If it wasn’t so cold when we stayed we would have been able to walk to all the shopping. Everything we could need was supplied for the kitchen including coffee and creamer along with smaller kitchen appliances. We stayed during below zero temps and the main floor did have a hard time staying warm but the upstairs was nice and toasty. Overall a great house and we would come back to this place if we visit Walker again.
