Crabbin' Cabin ~ Bayshore Estates

This is not a cabin but a very comfortable home that will accommodate six. While not ocean front, it is located on the Bayshore spit and is about 200 yards from the beach and 100 yards from the Alsea Bay. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay at the Coast. The only thing you need to provide is your food, paper products and soaps. The house is WiFi equipped with high speed internet and expanded HD cable.

The Crabbin Cabin was a nice place to get away and relax. Plenty of space for our family of 6 plus 3 dogs. We had a good time.

Great place to stay. Kithen was well equipped. Carpet needs to be cleaned, lot of pee spots. Grill was not clean. Very comfortable place to stay. Quite neighborhood.

The location of this property worked great for our family. We were close to so many things to do, Aquarium, shopping, three light houses, sea lion caves, we were able to see a lot in just a few days! The walk to the beach from the house only took a few minutes and most days we had the beach all to our selves. We walked around the beach next to the river every day and got to watch sea lions playing in the river and fisherman pulling up crab pots. The house worked great for preparing our meals, playing games, and watching movies. We were all very comfortable.

House had nice decor and adequate space. Liked the separation of the bedrooms with two bathrooms. Also a separate room for kids or adults to watch a movie or play a game. Gives everyone nice space. Master bedroom is large and spacious. Very comfortable beds.

The home was clean, well situated to the beach and bay, was well stocked and the layout allows for privacy with basically two suites! Very nice. Also management was awesome! We definitely would stay again!

A true home away from home! Plenty of space and all the amenities. The garage is an extra bonus during g the weather. And the jetting was amazing. We would go back!

The house was as advertised , it was the perfect place to relax after a fun day of visiting my parents and checking out the Oregon coast , Crabbin Cabin was perfect !! Thank you so much , I will try to rent it next time We come to Waldport !

Perfect location for us. The dog loved the super close beach and equally close bay for walks. Tons of wildlife and not crowded at all. Far from cabin, comfy home with nice neighbors.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet and comfortable. There were a couple of things I want to point out. The curtains in the front window were broken and one window did not have one at all. We were uncomfortable with this since it was two women staying. We did call this in and received a call back the next day. There was also a lot of dust/cobwebs especially around TV area, pictures and ceiling fans.

This house was perfect for our group. I really like the open living room/kitchen area and was one of the reasons I chose this place. There were a couple of minor issues that could be fixed; the blinds in the living room were broken or not there at all and the front light over the garage didn't seem to work. The front and back yard need some major maintenance but other than that, it was a great place for us.

When we first arrived it looked nothing like the pictures. We found a dead bird that had been living in the house for a while and had pooped everywhere. The house was very dusty and was not cleaned well after the last renters, table was sticky, counters dirty etc. It could use a deep clean as the dust is getting pretty bad in the not so noticeable places, closet doors, ceiling above fans, back of lamps in bedrooms, etc. Other than the cleanliness it was a great location, good sized house for the amount of people we had. The kitchen was stocked to make big meals for families which was great!!

Overall loved the layout of the house. Yard was far too overgrown for our dog to even use it though so was disappointed by that. Home needs a good deep cleaning. Lots of dust build up on light fixtures, fans, etc. Window sills full of dirt and sand. Master shower has mold starting to develop in the corners. Carpets seriously need to be cleaned. The basic cleaning had been done, just needs a more thorough cleaning throughout. Property manager should consider doing this at least once a month to supplement the quick turnover clean between rentals.

The outside looked like it needed a little TLC, then open the door for a beautiful inside. Loved that the bedrooms and bathrooms were on opposite sides of the house--great for two families. Every appliance and utensil you can think of was there. Walk to the beach or around the neighborhood was easy. Would love to come back.
