This extremely luxurious, detached chalet is situated on the border between the Salzburg region and Tyrol, in the village of Wald im Pinzgau (municipality of Wald-Königsleiten). It lies between the Zillertal Arena ski area (Gerlosplatte Hochkrimml entrance) and the Wildkogel Ski Arena (Neukirchen am Grossvenediger). There is a free ski bus service.

You will have the chalet all to yourselves, so your privacy is guaranteed. The chalet has a total of three floors and features plenty of wood both inside and out. This gives the chalet a genuine Austrian character. In the basement, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. On the ground floor, you will find a separate toilet, an open-plan kitchen and the living room. This living room even features an original tiled stove, and you have your own sauna. The tiled stove radiates heat through the exterior walls. You can use the wood for the fireplace free of charge. On the first floor, there are a further 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The beds are already made on arrival. You also have a lovely south-facing balcony with a terrace and garden furniture, both offering fantastic views.

How about a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the winter wonderland of Wald in Pinzgau? Do you fancy something more active? Then, in addition to skiing and snowboarding, consider activities such as ski touring, snowshoeing or tobogganing! In summer, a visit to Europe’s highest waterfall, the Krimml Waterfalls, is a must. If you’re looking for an active holiday, you’ve come to the right place. Cycling, mountain biking, canyoning, paragliding and white-water tubing are all on offer here.

Special features:
As there are several types of chalets, the layout and the published photos may vary from chalet to chalet. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you in advance what the layout of your reserved accommodation will be.
During your stay, you will have free access for a few hours each day to the beautiful “Kristallbad Wald/Königsleiten” indoor swimming pool, which is located right next to the chalet. You can use the wellness oasis and the restaurant for a fee.

Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however.
