"Lieu très calme où il fait bon se relaxer et se détendre.
Personnel très sympathique, mention spéciale à Miku, qui parle un excellent français.
Grande chambre, très propre.
Le repas est excellent et aussi le petit déjeuner japonais."

"Incredible property right on the snow next to the ski lift. It was perfect to be able to ski in and out as we pleased. The staff were super helpful and lovely."

"成立超過三百年的經典日式溫泉旅館，不管是文化傳承服務的心意許多微小的細節，以客為尊傳統精神。精緻的餐飲無不達到最高的水準。唯一比較辛苦的地方就是停車，因為藏王溫泉的溫泉街非常的狹小會車不容易如果來自駕的話建議開小一點的車子"

"Every detail was considered for the ultimate relaxing stay. The meals were great, the lobby always had refreshments and the massaging chair in the room was perfect.
The main draw to staying here was the hot springs. I was relieved that my tattoo was not an issue in the baths. I would love to come back and stay longer next time!"
