Plumeria Hilo Hotel
First the building was unmarked. It was very hard to figure out if the building I was at was the Hotel. It has no sign, no checkin office, no address on the building. The building is partial an apartment and part rental. Very scetchy! I felt very unsafe standing outside trying to figure out where ...
