Experience the epitome of luxury living in our second-floor condo, meticulously chosen for its prime location, superior views, and enhanced privacy. Nestled at the end of the complex, closest to the beach, our condo offers a serene retreat with panoramic views of the golf course lake on one side, fairways on the other, and the distant ocean beyond.

Our condo stands out with its private exclusive outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas grill. The interior is tastefully designed with granite countertops, new appliances, and two full tile bathrooms. The primary suite boasts a walk-in closet and a mission-style king bed, while the second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two twin beds that can be converted into a king. Additional sleeping space is provided by a queen-size sleeper sofa, and we also offer a Pack & Play for our youngest guests.

The condo's amenities extend beyond the unit itself. Enjoy access to two swimming pools, two hot tubs, a workout center, and a private garage - a rare luxury on the Big Island. For beach enthusiasts, we provide boogie boards, snorkels, beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. 5 minute drive / 13 minute walk to the beach! Covered parking is available in the single stall garage.

The condo rental is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring a dishwasher, washer/dryer, air conditioning, a lanai with a view, and a private outdoor stainless gas grill kitchen. Stay connected with free high-speed cable internet and enjoy entertainment on a 47' 1080dpi HDTV in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with all essentials, including silverware, pots, pans, a coffee maker, and spices. Experience a blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience in our exquisite condo.

Great location, very clean. We enjoyed jogging along the sidewalks that laced the highway. Queen and King marketplace was a short walk away with a grocery store. The ice maker is disabled so we needed to buy ice regularly. The water runs warm so a bottled jug in the fridge is a tip for future travelers. It’s a comfortable stay for a family of four. Beaches are close and the pool is nice.

Lavaman weekend

We stay in the area every year for the Lavaman race, we love it. The garage was nice for bikes, bummer about the remote control but we made it work. Overall the facility was clean and quiet and comfortable. Thank you.

A wonderful stay in paradise.

The condo was even better that the pictures. We had a wonderful stay. Everything is within walking distance. The only hiccup was the garage door opener. Lisa responded right away, but it is still not fixed. We had a work around and were able to park our car in the garage. We will be back.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay and the deck was lovely for sunrise and sunset. The trail to see petroglyphs was just below the deck and the condo was easy walking distance to all the shops. It was a close drive to the beach and had all the fun things for beach time available for us to use. We'd definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect to celebrate 20 years of marriage. The pool was close to the property (1 min walk), convenient shopping and dining options nearby, golf course was close and very nice. The property was very quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend it.

Pretty good

Property was in a great location, fully stocked and very clean. Plenty of chairs and beach items for use as well as beach towels. Furniture overall was very weird and uncomfortable. There was so much furniture on the balcony you could not move around. View is partly of the gas station across the road. Not a huge deal but we received a text after we arrived that the water was going to be shut off for an entire day. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Overall pretty good

Loved this place!

The location was perfect! Close/walking distance to the beach, grocery store, shopping, restaurants, movie theater. The garage had beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards and pool toys too. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is a large beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath with a fantastic outdoor Barbecue. The grounds have beautiful pools and is close to the beach and restaurants. Close to grocery stores and gas station. I will rent here again.

Mahalo!!

We loved our stay in this nice cozy condo. The home was well furnished and maintained. I could tell that the unit has recently been given an uplift such as new carpeting and probably more interior remodeling, which collectively add extra bonus points to make the stay in this unit a pleasant experience. The only downside was that the front door key was not in the lock box though it was supposed to be there according to check-in instructions. Fortunately, I was able to get hold of the host on the phone immediately and she gave me a work-around solution to enter the unit. A big mahalo for the help she provided on the spot! Overall, we were very happy with the condo!

Good option for family with young children

We had a good time staying at this property. We traveled with our 3-year-old and infant and the pack and play and highchair available was convenient. This property had very nice new carpet and a well-equipped kitchen. The complex had a nice pool for the kids and was close to shops and restaurants. The only negatives were a rather creaky master bed and a lack of extra toilet paper. We also had some difficulty receiving check-in information but Vrbo had indicated this may have been from a system error on Vrbo's end, not necessarily the property owner/managers fault. Overall we really enjoyed this property and would consider staying here again.

Beautiful 2-Bedroom

Loved our recent stay in Waikoloa. The carpet had recently been replaced, and the condo was immaculate when we arrived. Communication with both the owner and property manager was very easy. Loved having the on property pool for the days we didn't feel like packing up for the beach. Pretty sure my daughter's favorite activity was looking for geckos on the lanai each morning.

Warm Waikoloa

Comfortably furnished unit with easy access via elevator. The well maintained complex has two beautiful pools and is close to shops, restaurants and golf courses. This means some noise from mowers, blowers and nearby putting greens. The single car garage has a jumble of beach gear for kids and adults that could use a bit of editing. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and there are historic petroglyph fields and fish ponds also within walking distance. As mentioned by a previous guest, the unit could use a deep clean, but the carpet is new and still in very good shape. We enjoyed meals on the breezy lanai and slept well in comfortable beds.

Waikoloa Beach Condo

Condo is an affordable option to much higher priced resorts in the area. Nice view of the golf course. A-Bay beach is a pretty long walk and there are much nicer beaches within a few minutes drive. Being next door to Queens Marketplace and Kings Shops was a plus.

Loved the location and owner seems nice, but...

We loved our stay at this property with just a few items worth noting. 1. The property manager on island never sent our intake info until I complained to VRBO. Luckily we then received it prior to starting our travel. 2. The unit is really agreat size but needs some work, the entire place as well as the garage could use a deep cleaning and re-inventory of provisions. 3. Charged $240 for an "additional bed". Not sure why, we only asked that the two twins be pushed together and made up as a king. We would totally stay there again but need some improvements first. Thanks.

Amazing Location

We loved our stay at the Waikoloa Beach Villas. The location can’t be beat! This condo complex is located right next to the Kings and Queens shops, which both offer great dining and shopping options. There is a small market in the Queen’s Shops but it is pricey. You are better off hitting a major chain grocery store closer to the airport. We also loved this condo’s proximity to A Beach…just a 10 min walk away. It was a wonderful beach to relax on and we loved eating at Lava Lava Beach Club located right there on the beach. This condo was well equipped with beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. This made beach days easy to prepare for and ensured a very relaxing vacation!! The pool and workout facilities were nice though we preferred to be at the beach most days. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 and had everything we needed! The lanai with the private grill was also very convenient. My only tiny complaint is the bedding. As other reviewers have stated, the bedding is pretty worn and could use replacing but we found the beds to be comfortable enough. It was an amazing vacation and we can’t wait to return to beautiful Kona!
