Spend your days golfing on world-class courses, shopping and dining at nearby Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace, exploring scenic coastal trails, or relaxing on some of Hawaii's most beautiful beaches. In the evening, return home to unwind by the pool or watch the sun set over the Pacific from your private lanai.



    With more than 1,200 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, there's plenty of room to relax after a day of adventure. The open-concept layout creates a welcoming atmosphere for families and friends, while multiple TVs provide entertainment throughout the home. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare meals with ease, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading out or enjoying a leisurely dinner at home. Combining spacious accommodations with an exceptional location, this Waikoloa Vistas condo is the perfect home base for your Big Island getaway.

    **Building Walkway Tile Replacement work is anticipated to begin demo at the C building on Monday, November 22nd. The complex management anticipate that it will take approximately three weeks to complete the demo at C building. They will start on the 3rd floor and work their way down. During the demo, occupants will continue to be able to access their units. Elevators may not be available during demo but can be reactivated as needed for guests that require assistance.

    Take an easy walk to A Bay's Grill or Tropics Ale House for a delicious meal and an ice cold local brew. Head to the beach where you'll find all kinds of water activities like fishing, snorkeling, and swimming. Shopping and dining options abound with both Queens' MarketPlace and Kings' Shops only a half-mile away. And make your way to the fascinating Waikoloa Petroglyph Reserve less than a mile from your rental.

This place was AWESOME!

The place was BIG & spacious (unlike MOST of the other condos that I have rented on many islands) and clean and had little extras like ice chest masks beach chairs. The kitchen was big and had everything that we needed.

Great quiet vacation spot

This was a perfect little getaway and in a great location. Plenty of space in the condo. Great location, just a few minutes south of great beaches (Mauna Kea Beach, Hapuna beach) and just north of Kona and the beaches there (Magic sands for boogie boarding, pinetrees for surfing). Great food close too, island gourmet was an underrated spot, and juice 101 has great acai. A-Bay around the corner was beautiful too. Overall just amazing.

Fantastic location

Condo is at a great location and we loved the close access to restaurants and grocery shops. The place is dated but fully functional. We loved the lani as it was a big hit with our group.

Unbelievable Location!!!

Perfectly situated just a short walk from shopping and Waikoloa Beach, this home was absolutely stunning and a great fit for our family vacation. The unexpected inclusion of beach toys made it even more of a hit for our little ones! I fully expect we'll be back for our next trip, too.

Perfect Location

Great property, great pool (25 meter competition length), perfect location close to beach, shops, and resorts. The suite could use a new stove, hot plates were provided in lieu of functional stove top.

Great place to stay!

Condo was well maintained and perfect for our family of four. Large lanai with peekaboo ocean views and view of the pool and a great place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The property landscape is beautiful and well maintained. Close proximity to shops and a great beach. We would definitely recommend this condo and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

This condo had everything!

Boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, three different coolers, walking distance from EVERYWHERE! It needs a few minor repairs but it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed staying here. Peekaboo ocean and sunset views. We just enjoyed it a ton.

Fantastic home !

The house is perfect and our family stayed there for a week. Had great time and special shout to the Vacasa team who were very helpful as we had some initial hiccup with a different property. They were very responsive to our request. Once we moved to this property, everything was perfect. Perfect home for a perfect vacation. The house has great views, is very clean and a great location as well.

We stayed here for the Lavaman Triathlon and it was exactly what we needed. The condo is incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped by all our gear.A few highlights that made our race weekend seamless:The Lanai: The outdoor space is huge! It was our favorite spot for morning coffee, but more importantly, it provided the perfect amount of room to assemble our bikes comfortably after our flight.Peace & Quiet: The area is remarkably quiet. Getting quality sleep both before and after a race is crucial, and we were able to rest undisturbed here.Prime Location: You can’t beat the proximity to the race setup. It was only a couple minute bike ride to the transition area, which meant we could completely avoid race-day traffic and parking stress.Recovery: The pool and hot tubs were absolutely perfect for relaxing and recovering after the race. It was a huge plus to have those amenities right there.One minor logistical note: The unit only came with one key, which was a bit of a challenge when we headed out separately. We ended up leaving it in the lockbox to ensure everyone could get back in, but the lockbox itself was quite finicky and difficult to open at times. An extra key or a more user-friendly lock would make the stay perfect.Overall, it's a fantastic spot for athletes or anyone looking for a convenient, quiet home base. We would definitely stay here again!
