"The room was amazing with great views of Diamond Head and a glimpse of the ocean. Staff did a great job and were very attentive, with free beach chairs and towels being a HUGE plus. The park across the street was also very nice for early morning walks. Only negatives would be that the beach access was not quite what we were expecting (limited and not super clean feeling) and the cost for parking was much higher than necessary. Be sure to factor the parking costs and resort fees into your choice...

"We had an incredible stay at the Mailani Tower! The ocean view from the room was amazing. The drive up to the hotel is breathtaking and really makes you feel live you've arrived in a secret jungle. The RH is such a well-maintained and beautiful historic property. Close to busy areas of Waikiki, but as soon as you get to the hotel, it's so peaceful and lush. All hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The food and drinks on property were amazing as were the spa services."

"The location is great! Our room had a view to Diamond Head that was amazing! The pool service was very good, and overall we had a very good experience!"

"If you want to be nickled and dimed for everything, this is the place for you. $65 resort fee (for what? Maybe for all the construction they had going on throughout the property), $80 per day valet if you want to park a car, multiple taxes on the room. Not to mention, the buffet for dinner is $90 per person lol what a laughable joke. The only great part about this property is Lisa who normally works the morning breakfast buffet. She was incredible and made the $50 per person breakfast worth it."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast had a good variety of delicious food. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle free. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and many attractions, making it convenient to get around. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Our stay in the Penthouse Ocean View Suite at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel was absolutely perfect. The location is excellent—tucked away at the quieter end of Waikiki but just steps from the beach. "Hotel Renew is a boutique hotel that sits close to Waikiki and offers a comfortable stay at decent prices. We didn’t have a car so saved money on parking. The staff was welcoming and gave either complementary drinks or guava cookies. You can grab beach towels for the beach, and there is also a matcha cafe in the lobby. The shower was hot, and it served as a useful place to rest after coming from the airport and then walk to places along the beach. If traveling for work and need a place to stay...
