This bright, welcoming ground-floor vacation rental with a separate entrance offers 65 square meters of space and everything you need for a relaxing stay: A spacious, covered south-facing terrace right by the stream with comfortable seating and a parasol. The large kitchen-living room is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, capsule coffee maker, French press, and toaster, so you can easily prepare your own meals. Adjacent to it is the living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, and wood-burning stove. One bedroom with a double bed and a spacious closet; a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, washing machine, hair dryer, and makeup mirror; a separate toilet; a storage room with a clothes rack and cleaning supplies; and a hallway with a coat rack and a wall closet for storing luggage. A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request for a small child.

Waging am See is located in the beautiful Rupertiwinkel region on Lake Waging, one of the warmest swimming lakes in Upper Bavaria. This is the perfect starting point for walks and hikes, bike rides, or excursions to the Chiemgau or Berchtesgaden Alps, to Traunstein, Ruhpolding, Bad Reichenhall, or Salzburg. Lake Waging and nearby Lake Chiemsee are popular destinations for water sports enthusiasts and anglers.
