Beautiful ground floor apartment with sun terrace, garden and Hot Tub

The Property is within walking distance of the shops in Rock and just a few minutes by car from the glorious beaches of Polzeath and Daymer Bay. There is a double bed in one bedroom and a single and bunk beds in the second with televisions in both rooms. The garden and sun terrace look out onto open countryside and there is a Hot Tub where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.. There is a large kitchen and sitting room with comfortable sofas, television and WiFi. The large porch area is ideal to dry wet suits etc. or to keep your dog in. The garden is enclosed and safe for pets.

We had a great week here, great location for exploring Rock, local beaches Daymer and Polzeath and only 30 mins from 7 bays beaches. House was well equipped and we absolutely loved being able to start each day in the hot tub. Beds were comfy and rooms a good size. Would recommend staying here.

We have just returned from a lovely week staying at this lovely bungalow. As a family of 4 we really appreciated the size of the property (it's very spacious) and we also appreciated how well set up it is with everything you need.Having the hot tub was a lovely addition as was the well stocked bookcase and games.Many thanks for a lovely time staying in Rock!

Lovely area. Close to many places in cornwall. Lots of cobwebs everywhere in the apartment. The apartment was lovely and big. We would stay here again.

One word - phenomenal!

This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location and also a hot tub awaits you!Myself , husband and little dog had a wonderful time . Five mins down the road is Rock where you can pick up the ferry to Padstow which takes minutes and is a great day out, beaches are a minimum of 15 mins drive and are stunning, the pub up the road is fantastic so no need to cook ! Hugh, the owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We have definitely found our forever holiday let ! Looking forward to our next trip ! Thank you Hugh !

OK place but needs a bit of TLC

The overall place was comfortable enough but the furnishings are quite worn and could use some TLC. The sofas are tired and flat, the draw knobs on the bedroom furniture came off in my hand as I tried to open an empty drawer. The toilet roll holder is falling off the wall. The gutters outside are dirty and leak.We were promised bread, milk and eggs on arrival. None were supplied. Tried to contact the host. Got no replies to any questions. Bit disappointed on that.At least the weather was nice.

Tranquil stay in Rock

Had a fantastic four nights at this impressive apartment in Rock. Secluded, peaceful and tranquil stay.Walking distance to a good pub (Pityme Inn) and local shops.Made several trips to passion via the walk on ferry which is only a mile or so from the apartment.Excellent proximity for day visits to areas such as Port Isaac and Newquay amongst others.Looking forward to revisiting in the future.

Lovely stay in Rock

Lovely property with a hot tub in Rock. Nice and quiet, so easy to relax. Not too far from the beach/ferry to Padstow with shops and a bakery on the way down. Plenty of space in the property for a family but it was just my partner and I.The only things were that the lock box was tricky to open and it wasn't super clear which property was the correct one for this listing. Its number 2, in the corner. Not the one in front of you as you drive in. Would consider staying in the property again

Great dog friendly accommodation in a great position for exploring camel estuary.

Lovely quiet apartment set back from the road with super private enclosed garden and hot tub. We loved exploring the local beaches and restaurants, bodyboarding at polzeath was great even in early October. Hugh was a great host with good communication and support. Having access to streaming services via the smart TV was great too.

Great spacious apartment. Very comfortable and secluded with a lovely garden. Very homely. Convenience store, chip shop and pub all within walking distance. Lots of dog friendly beaches nearby. Extremely relaxing and we would recommend. The host, Hugh answered queries immediately - we couldn't ask for more. Excellent !!!

Great stay for a week

Property was in a great quiet location, plenty of space for our family of four. All living requirements were well presented and working, friendly neighbours. Hot tub very easy to use and was used every day. Hugh responded to every question asked and all went well. Great property

Tolle Ferien in Cornwall

Die Wohnung war super und wir haben uns die 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt, da alles sehr schön hell und gemütlich eingerichtet war. Bis auf Suppenkelle und Grillzange war alles vorhanden 😉. Die Nähe zum Strand, der Whirlpool im Garten und die kleinen Geschäfte im Ort waren toll. Hugh war immer absprechbereit und antwortete innerhalb kurzer Zeit. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderungen und Ausflüge war die Wohnung perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Great apartment - hot tub was a winner - fab location

We are a family of 4 and 2 dogs. This place was brilliant. We could either walk or run into Rock and go on the beach, or have drinks/food and also access the costal path round to Polzeath so easy. After an active day, the hot tub was a real winner for everyone. We have one older dog so the garden was great for her, nice and flat, and as it's all one level apart from the bathroom, great for her to get around. The porch area was perfect for wet towels and shoes. The main double room was very spacious and light, and the room with the bunk bed and double bed was great for my kids (aged 9 and 12), but a bit darker due to the window locations, but wasn't a problem. The kitchen is a bit tired but you can see the fridge and dish washer are new, and the bathroom leads through to the utility room which is a bit different, but wasn't a problem for us. Overall a great place to stay, ticked all the boxes for us, and I'd happily book it again. Hugh was an also a great host - very responsive on email/messages and the phone. A fab place.
