Entering this bright and cheerful property, the spacious lounge is an ideal spot to snuggle up in the evenings, chat about the day or watch a favourite movie. Heading through, the stylish, light-filled kitchen/diner is a perfect space for rustling up and enjoying a romantic meal for two. The property also features an invigorating shower room and a light, relaxing bedroom with a comfortable double bed. From the dining area a door leads out to the patio. Wadebridge has a fantastic range of shops, pubs and restaurants, and makes a great base for walkers following the Camel Trail or the Saint’s Way. Situated on the banks of the Camel Estuary, the town is also ideal for water sports including waterskiing, canoeing and sailing, and is home to the Royal Cornwall Show, the Wadebridge Folk Festival, a beer festival and The Big Lunch. Padstow (8 miles) is known for its popular seafood restaurants and working harbour, with other local attractions including Pencarrow House and Garden, Trevose Golf and Country Club, the Bodmin Jail Attraction and Lanhydrock House and Garden, all within 11 miles.
