    Brand new construction! King bed in each room, each room has their own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Spacious for your whole group's trip to Waco. Quick drive down 5th St to Magnolia, Baylor University, and all things downtown.

    Welcome to Waco's 4th/5th St Corridor near Cameron Park! Tons of new new constructions and other short term rentals popping up all along these two streets. Super easy access to Cameron Park (the best mountain biking in Texas) & Cameron Park Zoo. Enjoy an easy drive straight down 5th St to Magnolia and all things downtown or cross the river and hop on MLK to head to McLane Stadium. In 2024, a short scenic drive along the Brazos River (University Parks Dr) will get you to every Baylor basketball game in the brand new Foster Pavilion!

This house was great for the family with an open living/dining/kitchen space. We especially loved that each bedroom had their own ensuite full bath. The house provided everything we needed and more, in a quiet neighborhood. The fire pit and chairs in the fenced backyard was a nice addition. We arrived a day early and the host was quickly responsive and helped us extend our booking. We highly recommend this property.

Highly recommend this great house!

We had a very comfortable stay here at The White Retreat. It is so clean and in perfect order. The location is great. It was very new, well stocked, nice and quiet, and close to all the Waco attractions we enjoyed. The three king bedrooms were perfect for our group. We can’t wait to book this home again!

This property has all the little things that make a super comfy stay! From the king sized beds and private bathrooms in all the bedrooms to the soft bath towels, the property had it all! Great girls weekend and we will be back!

Great stay - perfect house

Very clean, well stocked home. Definitely will stay again if ever works out. We stayed for Baylor graduation. Each of the three bedrooms has its on in suite bath. Very comfortable home to stay in. Everyone loved the home, comfortable king beds.

Central to everything

We had a great stay! The home was perfect for us and our needs. Very clean, spacious, and stocked completely for a comfortable stay. A Weekend Away!

My Husband, Children and Grandchild had a wonderful stay! The residence was amazing and the location was perfect for what we planned to do being only minutes away from our activities. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. It was a perfect weekend and we hope to schedule another trip at the same location!

The pictures on the website correspond to the house on site and when you enter the house, you feel at home.The house has a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room, 3 beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms, a laundry room and direct access to the garage. It is also located in a quiet residential area and you can be in the centre of Waco in 5 minutes by car.If you want to go on holiday in Waco, we recommend this house with all the amenities it offers.

Fantastic work group stay

We loved the White Retreat. Myself and 2 coworkers were very comfortable. We all had separate bedroom en suites. The common areas were great for gathering. Very clean & fresh. We had a little hiccup at the beginning because of storms that knocked out power, but everything turned out great. We will definitely do this again.

Perfect Place!

Everything about this property was great! The listing was 100% accurate. It was a super clean house, the beds were very comfortable, private baths for each bedroom, and decor was perfect for the property. The location made it easy to reach the Silos and shopping areas, and was close to Baylor. The process for check-in was seamless and the host was very responsive to questions and comments. I highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay in Waco.
