We had an amazing weekend at this VRBO in Waco! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of friends. The decor was charming, and the place had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to downtown and local attractions, yet in a quiet neighborhood where we could relax and unwind. The hosts were friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a fun and memorable getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent!!

I was in town with co-workers for a work training and we needed a larger place to stay - the house was very clean and in a great neighborhood! The furnishings were very modern and gave the house a warm feel. We loved staying here!

Perfect for family gathering for graduation

The house was great! We had family in town for graduation and it was close to campus. The family room had plenty of seating and the pool table kept us entertained. There was a problem with the toilet and Christopher sent someone over right away to take care of it.

Short notice - needed house for 7 adults

Owner was prompt to respond and very helpful. Home was as pictured in photos. We gathered for a funeral so really only needed a place to shower and sleep. Cleanliness was a bit lacking in kitchen ( mold in coffee pot) and air vents could use a dusting. Good central location. Close to grocery store.

Great spot for our purposes

We were a group in town for the fair and livestock show at Extraco event center. The house is in a great location for this event. It’s a very short drive back and forth or a 3 block walk. The house is in an older neighborhood but has been updated in the inside and has a hot tub. The manager was very responsive to fix the battery for the door lock so we could get in and out. The cleaning and yard maintenance needs a little improvement. The yard needed mowed and the cabinets and furniture needed to be wiped down. But, the beds were comfortable. If you plan to use the couches to sleep, I would make sure you bring your own bedding. We did not see enough extra bedding to sleep the 12 that the listing states but luckily we didn’t need that. And, the kitchen could use a skillet and dishwashing soap. Overall, I would stay here again. It has a lot of potential but needs a little upgrade on the general maintenance

Review

House was just as described however kitchen supplies must be updated. With only small bowls, one pot and one frying pan it was near impossible to cook meals. No propane when we arrived and only 4 forks and 4 knives. However I would give the owner 5 stars for getting this taken care of immediately.

Good location. about 13 mins to BU campus. The house is spacious. Comfortable beds. easy check in and check out. House needs some love: the towels are thin, drawers in kitchen stick. low quantity of kitchen wares like dishes, glasses and mugs. Freezer needs to be defrosted.

We came for a college tour. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The neighborhood was quiet. The kiddos and hubby used the hot tub and pool table every day.

Quiet Place

We booked this vacation for a group of teachers wanting to get away and relax. While we were able to do that, the house was definitely not cleaned before we got there. There was old coffee in the coffee pot, dirty bathrooms and just an overall dirty house.The owner is pleasant and easy to work with and great location to all that is awesome in Waco.

Girls Weekend

The house was nice but had a few issues. The ceiling fan in guest room by kitchen needs a chain to turn on fan. In the Master, would have been nice to have a lamp on the night stand. Main issue, the yard needs some major clean up especially the back. Otherwise it was a nice place.
