Great Place at the Marina

Cool property at the boat landing, trail, and marina and still a nice and easy walk into downtown. We might have to come back with our boat in tow! The place is well furnished, clean, and up-to-date with nice spaces inside and out.

The property was even better than the listing made it out to be. Very clean, stocked with necessities, great, safe location and perfect for our weekend stay! Had to request check-in & out details, but response time was quick and easy!

Awesome stay

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit! Very easy to get to and central to any store I needed to get to. The unit came with every amenity I could ever want. The only issue I had was the hordes of mosquitoes that were outside. Not the fault of the property owner, just a lot of rain in the area. Brought out the mosquitoes. Might consider having some citronella torches outside for the bugs. I would definitely stay here again!

Great for a girls weekend! Close to downtown. We were able to walk to restaurants. Low key nights of playing games and watching movies by the fireplace ☺️

Lovely stay

Newly redone. Nicely decorated. Loved the open feel the windows gave (although only one opens) Very clean. Well stocked with some extras. I’m not sure how well the A/C would keep up on hot days as I had it running almost continuously during 80 degree days. Close walk to river walk, National Eagle Center. Kayaked and saw 12 bald eagles!

40th Bday Getaway

My husband and I stayed to celebrate my 40th bday. The Sunrise side was beautiful and clean and perfect! We enjoyed our visit and I am recommending to all my friends who need a fun getaway. Wabasha and the neighboring towns had plenty to offer for entertainment bars, restaurants, breweries and wineries. Live music and of course my favorite fishing.

Great weekend get away

We loved the location. We walked to the river and along the path. A couple blocks from downtown. Live music under the bridge on Friday nights thru Labor Day. Headed out to Springcreek MC track for a great day of racing.

This was my second time staying at Marina Sunrise. I love the location next to a bike/walking path it was very nice to be able to walk into downtown to explore. It was clean and had everything I needed. Can't wait to book it again!

Great stay in Wabasha!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in Wabasha--from beaches to breweries, all in family fun. We visited Lark Toys, explored Beach park, and listened to live music downtown. We stayed at the duplex for a bit also, had a bonfire, and enjoyed the scenery. I would recommend staying in this area to any family. Such a wonderful community!

Wabasha Get-away

This property was a joy to rent. It definitely was big enough for 4 adults and our pup. We didnt feel crowded at all. There was everything we needed to cook, play board games and enjoy time outside. Our pup was spoiled with dog treats and a furry blanket which he loved. I gave the property manager 5 stars as I figured that is what you deserve when we DON'T have to contact you. The only thing I would have them do is add a picture of the stairs to the property. It does state stairs in the description and possible mobility issues for some, though the only picture I saw of stairs turned out to be in the front(2 steps)side of the house. We were able to handle the step situation, but others might think like I did and think a couple isn't bad. It is more like 7-8 steps where you enter. We would rent this property again if we ever head SE Minnesota again.

Great place for a relaxing and quiet vacation!

We've stayed at this place twice now and have enjoyed both times. It's a clean and quiet getaway. One night the internet went out and we were live-streaming a hockey game. Connie came over right away and got it back up for us. Great place to relax and sit in front of the big windows with a good book!

Perfect Retreat

Stayed in March of 2022 for a retreat for just myself. LOVED the studio set up of this location. Was a bit nervous of the large windows facing the walking path, but when I walked the path I couldn't see in at all! I will DEFINETLY be booking again and hopefully for a longer period next time. This momma needed a nice quiet break and she got it. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

Quiet midwestern river town

Very nice apartment. Nicely decorated and clean. Romantic setting in front of the fireplace. Short walk or bike ride down town to food, beverages and the beautiful Mississippi River. Short drive to nice downhill ski hill. Marina close by. Great area for motorcycles, wineries, fishing, skiing etc. Very very quiet neighborhood and area. Nice relaxing stay. We will be back.

We really enjoyed ourselves at the Marina Sunrise unit! The place is lovely - clean, nice appliances, well-stocked kitchen, and big windows that allow you to see the big back yard, the walking path and the marina behind the house. The place feels both private and close to activities; you're within walking/biking distance from downtown and a swimming area. Very clean and there were nice extras included. We would definitely stay here again!

MEA getaway

The Marina Sunrise was perfect for the needs for our family. The thoughtfulness of the amenities for our dog were great from dishes to leashes and a towel for wet paws (and treats too🐾! The property is right next to the MRT, making it easy to take our dog for walks. It’s within walking distance to everything downtown Wabasha. The property was very clean and had plenty of kitchen cooking necessities. I happened to forget a charging cord that was plugged into the wall and contacted the owner. Connie was quick to respond to my needs. Highly recommend!

Wabasha getaway

We enjoyed our short trip to Wabasha. This unit was very clean, had all we needed and convenient to downtown Wabasha river walk. This was a perfect spot to be able to enjoy many walks on our beautiful fall getaway. Our dog loved looking out the full length windows and going for walks along the walking path. Only complaint we have would be local news coverage on TV was lacking. And we were awakened by weather sirens twice during our first night that are located quite close to this unit. Never did get an explanation to why they went off. Heard emergency sirens after they sounded. Not sure if this is how they summon emergency responders in community? But our overall experience was very enjoyable and a great place to get away to relax or take in the area.

Enjoyed this very attractive, comfortable location in Wabasha. Beautiful bathroom- we loved the shower- adequate kitchen space, good dining table, and partial view of marina and bridge.
