"Appartement bien conçu; agréable et bien placé près de la mer même si nous n’avions pas la vue mer. Mais … on regrette l’absence même d’une éponge à la cuisine et de produit de vaisselle. Pour 2 nuits nous n’avons pas ce matériel. "

"We got an entire apartment to ourselves. It is located in a township area and is easily accessible to a couple of beaches, club (fitness center and sports). The only thing that we found restricting was the options for food. But overall a great experience and time well spent. Great stay and we'd love to go back again :)"

"Excellent location, walking distance to both bus station and old town. There are lockers to store our luggages which is an absolute plus! The room is clean and quiet. Only one thing to improve is adding a blocker to the shower area to avoid water overflowing. "

"Great and central location in Zadar and easy to reach everything. The manager was very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and the stay simple. The apartment was clean, tidy, and matched the description, so everything was as expected. Overall, a good and straightforward place for a short stay."

"We stayed here for 1 night. The communication before we arrived was very good, with the host advising us of the best parking options. When we arrived, the host gave us some excellent information about Zadar, and not only recommended a couple of good places to eat, but also called to make reservations for us. "We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "Geweldige accomodatie! Van alle gemakken voorzien en op loopafstand van het strand. Sukosan zelf is ook een leuk plaatsje. De eigenaar en eigenaresse zijn super: gastvrij vol met suggesties, maar nooit opdringerig, echt top!"

"Twee zwembaden betekent dubbele pret. Kleine stacaravan maar prima. Lekkere pizza. Hele aardige eigenaar. Meer beschutting bij de stacaravans zou fijn zijn. En iets meer keuze in eten bij de pizzeria. We hebben een prima week gehad."

"The best apartment I've stayed in Really clean, comfy beds, lovely bathrooms Couldn't fault it. Great location for beach and restaurants, the pancake cafe was our favourite. No supermarket that close if you're walking. Great roof terrace with hot tub overlooking the sea !!!"

"Die Gastgeberin Mara ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Bis zum Strand ist es zwar ein Stückchen, da die Kinder aber schon groß sind war es kein Problem ein wenig zu laufen.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! "
