"Older moderate hotel in New Town, close to trams and easy walk to Wenceslas and Old Town Squares. Room was comfortable but dated and sparsely furnished. Bathroom was similar. "No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"Overall the hotel is great and it’s located a bit outside the center of prague. Car is mandatory. Because of the size of the hotel , it mostly attracts big groups to keep its occupancy high, that means during breakfast hours , it gets quite busy which was the only negative thing. Otherwise the interior is very well maintained and renovated and the staff is doing a good job being friendly and trying to help you."

"The hotel is located very close to the main train station, the Old Town attractions are also nearby via walking or local transit. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was filling and featured local products. The hotel also has a really nice bar with rooftop deck. On top of all that the place smells really nice from the moment you walk in."
