"I have about 10 hotel stays per year, and this was by far one of the best experiences I've had in recent years. The staff - every single person I talked with - was friendly, engaged and helpful. Rooms were nicely decorated, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. This will definitely be my go-to next time I am in Huntsville. Thank you! "

"The only entrance is guarded by a valet service, but the staff was great. We were put in an ADA room that was not cleaned and turned over until 4 PM. The room was clean but there was loud music coming from somewhere else in the building after 10 PM and the refrigerator was too small to hold a "to-go" box. For a room with 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) I found it odd that there was only 1 chair in the room. The location is perfect with a good number of shops and restaurants within a short walk as...

"I know the rule you get what you pay for yet this place was absolutely not in the same boat for this rule.. People checkin nice and polite.. Cleaners nice and polite. Room was like needing lots of maintence being all was obviously just loose and not secured even the floor in Bathroom was not secure. Refrigerate not secure the door Frame on A/C falling off. plus the bed linen for cover sheet was witha big nasty stanin on it and the room across the hall was allowed ot have loud and very dirruptive...

"Never a great sign when the entrance to the office is boarded up and you only can interact with staff through a window. No real amenities except for wi-fi."

"Great stay at another nice Drury Inn. Everything was great, the staff, the location and the room. The only suggestion I have is to offer guests the ability to stream on the TV (it just offered limited cable channels)."
